Salted Caramel 🍿 Espresso ☕ Martini

Salted Caramel 🍿 Espresso ☕ Martini

Who doesn't like Salted Caramel?

Add that to freshly ground Arabica coffee beans, vodka, kalua & a few secret twists, you have a subtle, delicious cocktail. The espresso martini is one of the ‘fun serves’ behind the bar, it has theatre & you need some skills to get a cracking silky foam.

We’ve also teamed up the amazing Joe & Sephs popcorn so the garnish you have in the pack is an artisan caramel popped corn, it’s mind-blowingly good! If you wanted more than just a few kernels for the garnish you can also add on a snack pack in the box 🍿❤️

  • What's in the pack?

All of our cocktails come ‘complete’ so you have a complete cocktail in a pack, no hunting around for garnishes or added liquids to finish them off. They are also fresh. This means we produce them by hand, in the pub & dispatch.

For the most amazing Salted Caramel 🍿 Espresso Martini at home we have included fresh coffee beans, chocolate powder & fresh salted caramel popcorn kernels for the garnish. The liquid pouch is bursting full of our fresh liquid.

  • Making at home

Making our cocktails at home is simple. We’ve done all of the hard work for you so it’s not like picking up an IKEA flat pack & getting it home. There are secrets to make them AMAZING though so, listen up…

Grab your glass (a coupe glass is always best) but if you don’t have one a wine glass does the trick.

Pop it into the freezer 🧊🧊🧊 for an hour or so or get a good handful of ice, fill the glass, then add cold water to the rim (this is the bit most people don’t do…it chills the glass on all sides 😉

Cut open ️ the top section of your cocktail pack & remove garnishes, popping to one side

Shake the bag 👋with your cocktail mix in it, until it’s really frothy 20-30 seconds should do it, give it some real welly, shake, relax, shake, relax, shake, shake, shake, shake…

…..or, if you have a cocktail shaker, add ice about ½ way then the mix, pop on the top & shake, the shaker will behind to ice up on the outside as the liquid drops in temperature, don’t shake too much of the ice will break down, 20-30 seconds will be fine. This will give you the best result for a solid foam so you could use a water bottle to do the same thing (but just remember if you do that to have a sieve to strain the liquid through & leave the ice behind)

Cut open the bag & pour into you chilled martini glass (remove the ice & water if you used that method)

Ensure all the froth comes out of the bag, squeeze every drop out

As the liquid settles & the foam head builds, sprinkle chocolate powder on the top, swirl with the tip of a teaspoon if you want the decoration fancy & add the coffee beans to the top as you see fit! (we usually just add 3 for the surprise crunch towards the end of the drink.

Garnish with the popcorn 🍿on the top, or nibble on the side.
